REQUIREMENTS:

Vendors must display Certificate of Authority to collect NYS Sales Tax, and provide proof of liability insurance with Cross Roads named as an additional insured. It is the vendor´s responsibility to have all federal, state and local licenses and/or permits required for their business.

 

ADVANTAGES:

  2. Electric, water & sewer, phone and data lines available as needed.
  3. 30´ x 50´ covered pavilion for occasional vendors and special events.
  4. Buildings are cleaned weekly and grounds are well maintained.

  6. All buildings are handicapped accessible with spacious aisles.
  7. Marketing program with emphasis on effective, consistent advertising utilizing print, radio, TV and Web.
  8. Regularly scheduled special events.
  9. The 22-acre market site has panoramic views and is centrally located near all major highways in Chautauqua County.
  10. All vendors and their product are juried to assure top quality and avoid excessive duplication of product lines.
  11. On-site management.

The Vendor Rules & Regulations were written and are continually updated to assure adherence to high standards, compliance with all federal, state and local laws, and to provide a wholesome, family oriented atmosphere for our customers and friends.

 

DEFINITIONS:

Vendors: Those who agree to abide by the Cross Roads Cooperative of Chautauqua County, Inc. by-laws and vendor rules and have met the following requirements:

  1. Have paid the $50 application fee, which is refunded if denied acceptance as a vendor;
  2. Have received approval from the jury committee;
  3. Have a signed contract and paid contract guarantee fee applicable to their status as either a permanent or occasional vendor.
