• Starting at the egg-incubation stage, we raise flocks of these giant birds, mainly Blue-Necks, the medium-sized bird, on our farm in Westfield, N.Y. (two miles east of Barcelona Harbor on Lake Erie).
• Ostrich egg shells, plain or decorated.

• Ostrich leather goods (mostly hand made, on the farm), including wallets, coin purses, key cases.

Grape Juice Concentrate

• We carry the “Pride of New York”-labeled Concord Grape Juice Concentrate (available only from the National Growers' Cooperative), packaged in quart bottles, each of which produces 1.5 gallons of juice.
