Meet Steve Sandle

Steve is among the original organizers of the Cross Roads market and was there when the founders turned to Wyoming county's 'The Farm' and Yates county's 'The Windmill' for help in starting something similar in Chautauqua County. "Their ideas were very successful," said Sandle, "They were helpful and resourceful during our startup process."

He travels all over the U.S. to bring back to Cross Roads the most unique American handicrafts available. Artists and artisans from coast to coast are represented in The Great Lakes Trading Company.

Steve is also an expert sheep shearer, and The Wool Works is a store dedicated to products made from the fiber and pelts of sheep: mittens, slippers, blankets, hats, gloves, yarn and much more.
